Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Each of us likes different foods, but here I will share some of the meals that my wife eats.  Some you may like some you may not, but like I mentioned earlier, you can eat a lot of the foods you are currently eating, maybe just a little less.  You may need to rework some of you own recipies to be a little healthier, and with less calories.  I hope to start adding recipes for the meals below in the near future.  Just remember not to exceed you daily calorie needs!

Breakfast ideas
Normally for breakfast my wife has oatmeal or bacon, eggs and toast.  The oatmeal is 248 calories, which includes 40g oats, 1/3 cup milk and 1 Tbsp brown sugar.   The bacon, eggs and toast (2 slices) is around 375 calories including margarine, the calories float depending on the type of bread, and the amount of margarine used.  Sometimes we will have waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.

Snacks
There are so many different things that you can eat for snacks that is it unreal, most any low calorie item is good for a snack.  I am including some that my wife eats, but depending on your caloric needs and the meals you eat, you made need higher calorie snacks, large portions or multiple snacks a day to meet your daily calorie requirements.  Fruits like watermelon and canteloupe have less than 100 calories per 10 oz. serving and honeydew is only 102 calories for 10 ounces, so each one will help keep you full longer.  Below are just a few ideas of between meal snacks *** my wife does not eat them all ***, but the majority she does.  I threw in a few extras for variety and because I like them.
